SIZE CHANGE:

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEM:

From the receipt of the article, you have 15 days to notify us of your problem, by writing to us at returns@divirgilioshoes.com . Specify if you intend to receive the same item or if you prefer the refund of the amount paid. The return is free. Ship the product to the following address:

Once the return has been received and inspected, we will refund the shipping costs incurred by the customer.

RE-THINKING:

 From the receipt of the article, you have the right within 15 days to withdraw from the purchase contract without penalty and without specifying the reason and to obtain a refund of the expense incurred for the purchase. Once the return has been received and inspected, we will reimburse the shipping costs incurred by the customer.

To be entitled to a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.


Situations in which your return will be refused: 
- Items with obvious signs of use (with some exceptions);
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged or with parts missing for reasons not due to our error;
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Personalized products

Custom products are made to your specific needs and are generally non-returnable. However, we will evaluate the individual case trying to meet your needs.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within a set number of days, typically 7 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company or your bank, it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
